AMd 3000+ and ram

I'd go with the corsair because of the stock timings and I'm a corsair fan. You might actually want to check if the low latency xms corsair isn't that much more expensive and go with it. The geil is decent RAM and dual channel, but amd64's don't really benefit from it. either way, you're getting pretty good RAM. Also, I'm not sure about geil, but i've never had conflicts with corsair and mobo.

Whoever the manufacture isnt impotant
What's most impotant is the chipset under it
A value DDR333 Hynix D43 can even perform on par with a top manufacture DDR500 coz they also using Hynix D43 chip but shipped them out as DDR500 etc
Here's a screen shot for u to has better understanding
DDR333 @ DDR530

I mean do u think i can change the timings on the geil ram to equal to the corsair ram?

I love my OCZ 3500EB. Its currently running w/ my 3000+ at 9x251. Just haven't gotten around to finding the highest FSB for the 10x multi.
