I managed to find a dremel in my garage with the snake extension thing and some cutting discs...i got the rough stuff done, im gonna use a file to do the thinner stuff i think and use a drill bit to do the finer areas that need to be cut, the paper clip might be worth a try too, thanks.

Thats the problem though...i don't have a spare peice of plastic to try cutting...and unfortunatly the letters are sort of detailed...if only because they are a little thin in some places. I'm Putting the letters Sigma, Phi, and Epsilon on the front, i used the symbol font at size 250ish to...
