I second the 667 Patriot mem (from newegg). That stuff overclocks EXTREMELY well.

I wouldn't fret, everything sounds normal to me. I think it might be the lack of sleep that's getting to you. When you first turn on the PC, at the POST screen, it should say bios (f2 for example)
