I have some extra fans on hand but no place on the case to put them. I was wondering if it would be wise to stick a fan (glued) near the bottom of the case, fully inside of the case, to pull some of the cool air that hangs out at the bottom of the case up towards other components.

I'm thinking it might disrupt the natural flow of air and thus worsen the situation, but on the other hand, having more circulation in the case might be a good thing. Lemme know what you think.

Without more info about exactly where you want to put it in the bottom of the case it would be hard to say...is the bottom perforated or solid? If you have good air coming in the front and a strong fan pulling out the back then it shouldn't be needed. If you have air "hanging out" in the case it will usually be heated air at the top of the case.....which means cutting a blowhole at the top would be the best option.
