I hate to say it but its looking like the PC is getting pushed out. It really sucks. In the glory days of PC gaming there were mods,skins, demos and patches always to look forward to. Now its all about Xbox ports and RPGs. Its just not fair.:mad:

For some reason 5.1 sound is not working in Crysis. It is working fine in my other games and apps so I know it has to be Crysis. I looked in the audio settings in Crysis and saw no option for 5.1. Am I missing something? HELP!

Just got it and hooked it up and so far I am very happy with it. After some adjustments to brightness and contrast it looks great. Text looks good COD4 looks AWSOME colors are nice. So far so good.:)

I treid the voltage increase and it worked sort of but I had to go from 1.9v to 2.3v to get it to work. My timings are 5-5-5-12 what should I change them too? Right now I am just running 2 gigs cause I thought 2.3v was kind of high. Is it too high? I guess I'll try the timings next.

I have vista 64 and added 2x1 gigs of ram for a total of 4 gigs. The PC wont boot with 4 gigs in but it will with 3 gigs I swithched the sticks around so its not a bad stick of ram or bad slot. I also have flased the latest bios. CPU-z says that I am only running at 400mhz and no dual channel...

With AMD 64s you can never be sure the number is on par with preformance. To many variables. :)

Thanks I have the VGA settings set to AGP but Ill try the mobo drivers.

For some reason my system says my 6800GT is in a PCI slot and not in the AGP slot. In the Nvidia control panel, hardware profiles, and 3Dmark details all say PCI. 3Dmark also says that 8x AGP and fast write are off. My Mobo bios are up too date and set for AGP 8x and fast write. Any ideas...

I went from a 9800pro to a 6800GT and love it but the 9800pro was great for its time. I just go with the best preformance for the $$$$ no matter who makes it. It seems that there is always one out there that has the best balance of both and right now its the 6800GT. :D

All I can tell you is I get 11,000 3Dmark03 and run FarCry at1280x1024 on high and very high settings exp. med shadows. Specs below, and the only real difference is I have a gig of ram.
