FYI, the sticker on dell/hp/similar oem boxesis perfectly useless by itself. The actual key used to install xp/mce is on the disc that came with the system. Without the disc, you have a pretty and useless sticker.

I think the razr is gsm only and I think verizon is cdma. If you find something different, shoot me a line as I'm a verizon user and would love to have a cool razr style phone. The best I've found for cmda is nokia canydbar phones (service and features).
