I been used 2 different id-cooling cpu coolers, they did there job, but the QC is bad. I had to lap both coolers upon arrival. I hope they get there QC better as they do have a nice line up of itx coolers. ended up with a noctua nh-l9i at the end of it all.

I bet they are trying to kill off stock of the original VC45 before coming out with the copper version. just an idea

tried precision x ,voltage is locked for decreasing voltage but can increase the voltage no problem .I will check out that thread there . thanks

decided just to return the pico ,I already have my power brick for the hdplex so it a go from here and I also liked the option to add a unlocked i5 it the future. thanks for your help!

I used a modded 203w Xbox power brick,now you got me thinking..I might order a dell da-2 220w power adapter when I get home .going to try this with the pico before I open up the hdplex. Thank god for free returns with my prime account .this could save me 85 bucks plus the cost of a new power...
