seeing if it was possible to undervolt a gtx 750 ti .

reason for asking is.

I am happy with stock clock performance and just want to keep temps as low as I can get it . The 750 is in my htpc in a nes case and about to replace my g3258 with a i5-4670k.

I tried looking around the web and seemed to be hardware locked, but still hopeful some one found a way!

Thanks

I'd look at evga precision to see if you can modify voltage just through software without having to flash the bios on the card. If you can't though you will probably have to find some tools/tutorials on flashing your gpu's bios. overclockers.com has a thread on increasing a 750ti's max tdp, you might be able to lower it instead.

tried precision x ,voltage is locked for decreasing voltage but can increase the voltage no problem .I will check out that thread there .

thanks

I assume you want to lower the temps while gaming, as idle temps should be pretty low already

If you can't decrease voltage via software then your best bet is to lower the clocks and increase fan speed.

I'd refrain from bios volt mod, since you can brick your card.
