Hey fellas, parting out my rig because BF4 was a complete abomination.
Here is my ebay account: http://www.ebay.com/usr/toof4st4u , 100% positive feedback throughout the years.
I'm located in Chicago metro, so willing to deliver any of it so we can save on shipping. Paypal of course...
I'm always this close to purchasing a CalMAN enthusiast package and I always wimp out. You were so incredibly thorough with this, I don't know if I'd have the patience lol. Nice work!
What he could be looking at is that the Anti Glare coating did in fact "crack" while the underlying LCD didn't (I realize this is incredibly long odds). Personally, If you are feeling thrifty ---- just remove the AG coating. There is plenty of information on how to do that here.
If you...
Aside from dedicated theater rooms, I think you are better off just going higher end 5.1 setup or putting the money into a second sub and go 5.2 (can more easily get optimum sub tuning and immersive, earth shattering lows) ---- the side surround are typically hard to place correctly in normal...
In reality, both of these games are atrocious from a competitive standpoint. As far as pub games go, BF4 should tickle your gooch as long as you are willing to look past some ridiculous bugs.
To the OP, when you enter the realm of Hi-Fi I recommend you do some light reading on the generalities of the topic before seeking opinions. As you can see it becomes pretty complex. www.avsforum.com is an excellent community, give that a shot.
In the end, to me and most Hi-Fi is a rewarding...
atarione is on the right track here, thats why I asked how you were driving them. Just get some old home theater gear at a garage sale, I routinely sell my old stuff for pennies on the dollar.
Also, I thoroughly approve of Corsair products. Top notch stuff, always been very pleased: case, power supply, memory, mouse.
This particular new mouse looks pretty solid, sizewise looks right for claw grippers out there.
I have 3 small kids, phones are repeatedly dropped on floor. My wife went through 2 iphone5s in the span of 5 months before we broke down and put it in one of this ridiculously thick cases and haven't had an issue since then. Annoying but effective, completely defeats the purpose of the small...
Thats a fair point, but honestly what games on PC are worth these advancements right now? The Battlefield series and COD series have both just shit the beds......
I think really any quality name brand unit will do. Aside from load times, there really isn't much to differentiate one blu ray player from another, blu ray is a standard and I don't think there is any evidence to suggest some do worse at filling that then others.
I'd rather someone create a phone that doesn't require a giant ass case to keep it safe. Lets talk about THAT thickness. Not some incredibly fragile wafer thing object you slide into something 1/2" thick and cheer about it.
I use an S23750D for daily work and its amazing, still my favorite 120hz monitor. That said, I never did do the AG file removal on my Asus which would address the lack of gloss issue. If you are DIY'er, give that a shot because there are no off the shelf glossy monitors worth a damn for gaming...
Good for you, that might have been my open box unit --- it was indeed perfect. I was just sort of 1 foot out the door with gaming so it wasn't worth it to keep it.
