Can this mobo select ratio 1:1 with cpu FSB800 (ex: Celeron S 420) ???

I've wrote an email to gigabyte. My question: I need know if I can select the ratio 1:1 for the FSB:RAM with this motherboard and a Celeron 420. I want buy this motherboard but I read that only the cpu FSB1066 and FSB1333 can select this ratio (1:1) in the bios (the Celeron is a FSB800)...

wow! It's a good motherboard... it's my last option, because I find a motherboard more cheap than P5E-VM (with all I need) I don't need spend many €uros. Does anyone recomended me other motherboard? Thanks for your opinion officermartinez :)

I need a mATX with: - 400 FSB or more. - Ratio 1:1 for the Ram. - Accept a Celeron 420 (775) GA-G33M-DS2R? P5E-VM (hdmi?) others? Can you recomended me? please. Thanks a lot!

Then... If I want use a Celeron (FSB800) with this board I can not choose the ratio 1:1 in Bios? :( (1:1 = 2x) only 2.66 for me? :(
