I need a mATX with:
- 400 FSB or more.
- Ratio 1:1 for the Ram.
- Accept a Celeron 420 (775)

GA-G33M-DS2R?
P5E-VM (hdmi?)
others?

Can you recomended me? please.

I'm running the Asus P5E-VM HDMI.. Here are the results on my Q6600 QUAD CORE. I will let these results speak for themself!

It's a good motherboard... it's my last option, because I find a motherboard more cheap than P5E-VM (with all I need) I don't need spend many €uros.

Does anyone recomended me other motherboard?

Basically the two top choices would be the P5K-VM and the P5E-VM HDMI. The P5E has the better OCing potential from everything I have heard and seen.
