Thanks for the info. So it seems like the only way is over display port. Does anyone know of a TV that has a displayport connection or is that only monitors?

Hey everyone, I'm hoping this is a quick answer but I have a GTX 770 4GB that I'm looking to put into a HTPC. Just curious if it will output 4K with no issues or do I need a card with HDMI 2.0? I read something about HDMI allowing 60 Hz? Thanks in advance.

S0urce, nice setup, looking to do something similar but with a Dell 24". What cable do I need to get maximum rez out of the screen. I have a GTX 770, so about 2-3 yrs old. I think ports are HDMI (1?), Displayport, DVI-D & DVI.

Gotcha, but if the fan just comes on and that's it I really didn't accomplish anything since it will come on when I initially boot up as well. Correct?

What would be a suitable test to determine if the fan is bad? I'm not sure since it does come on but doesn't stay on.

Okay, switched it to the 3 pin system fan and it still does the same thing even though systems fans is set at 100%.

Can't go to BB as I'm overseas in Korea, may be able to check if they have something around here.

Thanks for the response. I should have been a little clearer. Its the cpu fan. When I power it on it will spin-up no problem but then eventually stop. Even when I go in the bios and change the temperature it still doesn't come on. I haven't seen any settings to permanently turn it on, only auto...

I would recommend looking at a CIS (continuous ink system). I bought one from rihac.au.com for my HP C7280 and have been thrilled with their customer service and the product. No issues whatsoever. It costs a little more upfront but less overall. No affiliation with them.

Dont have the monitor yet but will probably start with a 20" (1600X1200) and than upgrade to a tri setup 20"x30"x20").

Giolon, that would be great. I see some here with the 3007 and (2) 2007fp and it looks awesome but I'm going back and forth trying to justify a 30" monitor. I just can't do it. How good would a 30" dell double as a TV, if I could do 2-in-1 than I might can justify it. Looking forward to the pics.

Understand the recommended solution but can anyone confirm that if I have 2 cards in SLI to drive one monitor (30") I can not use a third card for the 2X20"? If it does work, would it be any motherboard with three PCI-E slots?
