The company who made the Omnivox program, Skytech, just offered a part-time job in IT security and a scholarship so he can finish his diploma.

Man I remember when I had a TBird. I was a little kid, and we got this new computer, it was an IBM Netvista. It had gigahertz processor!!! It was a 1.1GHz IIRC. We also had an ATI All-in-Wonder, the original. And it was running WinME. What a major pain it was to get the TV tuner to work (ATI...
Yeah I guess that's why they are not that expensive. Hardware is kinda old like you say...
Gonna think about it a little bit more... Thanks all for your input :)
It's true I don't really need the hotswap trays... That would cut the costs a little bit. If I were to buy a case only, I'll probably use my old computer as the brain of the server (old AMD Opteron).
I'll check for fixed HDD cases, thanks for the tip :)
I'm starting to look at different options for a storage server. I went on eBay and found some servers, complete except for the hard disks. Is there any disadvantages to buying a used server? I mean, for a little more than the price of a new case, you have a complete server with case, psu, mobo...
I have 2 monitors (LG W2253V) on my computer right now. The other day, I saw that the colors were different between the screens. I checked the OSD and set the settings of the two screens to the same thing. I also checked the color correction in CCC and it was disabled.
One screen was connected...

With the new copyright laws proposed in Canada, this would be illegal too.
"It is an infringement of copyright for a person to provide, by means of the Internet or another digital network, a service that the person knows or should have known is designed primarily to enable acts of copyright...
for general info, I have :
rev. 1 board
antec truepower new 650w
gigabyte radeon 4870 512mb (dunno if gpu makes any diff, but it's there anyway)
and I have coil whine with C1E enable, but no coil whine noticeable at all (at least for me) with C1E disabled
Interesting developpement here : http://forum.giga-byte.co.uk/index.php/topic,1426.msg9158.html#msg9158
looks like there is a new BIOS in beta for Rev.1 (version F6i)
But according to someone (onemilimeter on the giga-byte forum) it doesn't fixes anything, it only desactivate C1E but shows...
Ok, I guess I'll have to call to. My retailer was of no help really on that matter. They want me to check the power supply... I see them coming, if it works with another one, they'll say change your power supply...
I hope I'll get good service from Gigabyte.
I bought this mobo a month ago, and I get the whine... :( But if I disable C1E I don't hear it anymore (at least it's not loud enough to bother me)
I'll try to get my mobo replaced with a Rev2, because it's still a defect (in my opinion, we'll see what Gigabyte will say).
Do you have a...
The slim version (if such thing exists) would most likely have the Valhalla chip, which includes the GPU and CPU on the same die.
Also, the back connectors would most likely be changed around, so because they are not the same layout doesn't mean anything.
It is a new chip from the one you are talking about. This one is based on IA-32 (x86). Too bad it's not AMD64 (x86-64) compatible too...
