Naturally, I'd find Pinky, use NewZon to order rubber chickens and paper clips, then TRY TO TAKE OVER THE WORLD! And I'd also write up my new PC build and evangelize my wonderful new ASUS mobo. Then watch some cute cat videos!
I like the drivers, actually. I've been using AMD cards for a while now. Of course, I'd also like how these GPUs would push the included games. Thanks AMD and [H]!
Thanks Patriot and [H]!
I like that Patriot is a one-stop-shop for so many quality products. I can feel confident filling out my build with Patriot gear because I know it's top-notch kit.
First, thanks to Corsair and [H]!
I like Corsair because of the quality reputation. Memory, SSDs, cases, PSUs, etc. Everything they make is worth considering.
If I had the drive I'd be less jealous of friends with SSDs. And it would be a great reason to finally install Win7 again, which hopefully will alleviate the weirdness that's been creeping up.
What I like most about Seasonic is their great reputation. I completely trust having a Seasonic supply in my rig.
Thanks to [H] and Seasonic for having this drawing!!
I look for high efficiency, especially at low power output levels since I typically leave my PC on at night. I also want a large fan since my case uses my PSU's fan to draw air through the chassis.
I never mentioned that this was Win7 x64. Sorry.
I followed the recommendations at the Newegg customer review page for the DP-301U which said to turn on LPR byte counting. However, that didn't immediately work, so I tried 2 other things on a lark: pulling the plug on the USB cable while...
I had set up a D-Link DP-301U print server on a network with a Canon MP530 all-in-one printer. The DP-301U was wired to a combo FiOS modem/wireless router, and there were 2 computers on the network: a PC with WinXP and a Mac laptop (using AppleTalk), both wireless. All was fine and both...
Not exactly. I was simply asking for the fields to be filled in and radio buttons to be set so all I had to do was type in a password. But I don't care if the system knows it's me or not - and I really didn't expect that. I was assuming this would happen on the client end.
I use AutoFill...
PTNL, thanks for the additional information. I guess my lack of network knowledge just isn't letting me understand the limitations with my question that you realize.
I don't put my domain in when I log in - just my user name.
Only being able to use this feature with a Windows machine...
Hi guys, thanks for the reply but I'm still confused. I just want to be able to save time by not entering information on my local PC every time I want to check my work email. I just want to automate entering information or selecting radio buttons at home. Maybe I'm not understanding what you're...
My company uses MS Office Web Access to provide my co-workers and I access to our work email via a browser. Perhaps you're already all too familiar with this logon page:
.
None of the fields are filled out when I navigate to the page. I don't mind entering my password, but it would be nice...
I would like to expand on the instructions a bit, especially for Windows x64 users. I am using Windows 7 Pro x64 and do have the Dell SK-8135 keyboard.
I snooped around a bit on the net and found pieces of the procedure (for instance here and here), but not the entire process I needed to...
Hi MAX_M,
Thanks for the reply.
The VGA output works just fine. As does the S-Video output. Besides the keyboard and the display, the PC is otherwise completely functional.
The display problem appears to be solely related to the integrated LCD. I'm pretty sure there's a problem with the...
My sister somehow dumped a glass full of water into her Toshiba Satellite A135-S4257 laptop. Now several of the keys don't work and the display is all wonky. I can get a new keyboard on eBay for not too much money, but the LCD is another matter.
Check out this pic to see what it looks like...
Indeed, it really is that easy! I used my Visa CC to buy a gift certificate for the item price less the gift card price. Then I checked out, using the gift certificate first, then put the balance on the gift card.
I am now the proud owner of a Radeon HD 5770! Thanks once again, Newegg!
You're absolutely right about Best Buy, but they're $50 more so I'm not paying that.
Dell takes multiple payment types, TigerDirect does as well. Thanks for that info!
I'll try going to my bank. Great idea!
I'm looking to make a purchase, and I have several gift cards laying around. I'd like to cash in all the gift cards on my purchase, and put the balance on my debit/credit card.
I've contacted Newegg and NCIXUS, and both require one payment type per order. So I can't use multiple cards :(
I...
DAC stands for 'digital-to-analog converter' so anything which converts any digital format [optical, coaxial, USB, Firewire, etc.] to analog [RCA, headphone, etc.] has a DAC in it. Op amps are used as filtering and sometimes current-to-voltage conversion on the output of a DAC. DACs produce high...
