I just bought the Zalman 9500 at Fry's and it been working for fews day. Suddenly I couldn't control the Fan RPM anymore with ABIT Fan EQ. It alway at Max RPM for some reason no matter what. I try to control it the Fan Controller they have with this particular cooler and it work. I'm a...
Wow my jaw just drop when I see this PC Case! I alway wanted a hot swappable Sata HDD Cage ever since I own the Mac Pro. HP Black Bird have this feature too, but their Computer is way too expensive. Can anyone tell me how this would work? Does the PC Case come with the built - in SATA Hot...

I'm only running 2 and I don't know why it get this high. All of them are Western Digital SATA Hard Drive. Are you doing anything different then mine that your temp are better then mine, like using a different fan or mod something?
Thanks!
I'm using this PC Case and I like the overall style of the case. But Hard Drive is reaching 54 - 58 Temperature and I'm afraid it will fried my Hard Drive soon. I notice there is no cooling fan for the Hard Drive. It depend on a Power Supply to suck the hot air out but it's not working. Was...
Hexus Stated.
One of the big issues we had with the chassis during our testing was the noise. It was reminiscent of a a wind-tunnel, with matters not helped by the poor design of fan-equipped plastic side panel. Well, with that arrangement gone, noise levels should improve dramatically.
But...
What's with the Silver version Version of the DVD sell here at Performance PC? They sell it for quite expensive and almost 3x more then most of the black version.
This is true. There is no way they are getting rid of their V Series when it is one of their top seller. It would be a very bad and stupid decision if they do that. They are updating it to make it better since they know most of their sell come from the V Series. Make sense.
I want the Transparent Side Window as well. E-Mail Cooler Master about it and haven't get a reply. The 200mm side fan seam useless, it advertised to run at 900RPM and it said to be noisy. I read somewhere on a Website Review someone measure it with a sound equipment when all the fan run at...
Can anyone tell me if this PC Case is going to be noisy? Seeing how it have hole mesh everywhere and a 200mm side fan make it quite loud? I like how it look, I just order one from NewEgg since I really like the original Cosmo. Another reason I get it because it's now all Aluminum and have...
Is there any online store sell Silver Version of DVD-ROM? I search everywhere, but it alway come in black and beige. Would like Silver so it match with my Silver Case. Is this the reason I see people alway buy black PC Case? :(
I mean the none slipstream Scythe one that I'm currently using, don't know about the Scythe slipstream one because I never use it. Intake are usually loud especially one that is in front of the pc case. The Scythe E Series I'm using is quiet, but just the front intake is a little too loud and...
I heard the Scythe Slipstream are nice silent fan, but when use as an intake it run rather loud. Just like the Scythe E Series fan, I use it as the front intake, I crank it down to 800RPM and it still audible and make a loud humming sound. It seam Scythe fan aren't so good as an intake or I...
What about Enermax? They have a rating of 17DBA.

Between the Nexus and the Scythe Fan, which one is more quieter? I just take a look at Noctua fan, and wow the DBA is very low and have quiet good review. Maybe I should try...
I'm using Scythe E Series fans, and the front intake is rather loud. Is there any 120mm fan out there that run almost virtually silent? There is just too many fans to choose from, and wasted so much money with bad result. Are SilenX fans any good? The DBA they claim is really low for the...
The hard part is the final touch of the Clear Coat. Clear Coat drip easy if you don't know how to paint, it also the final touch make it all shiny and professional.
I guess for some the noise doesn't matter much, can go to 6 - 8 if they are listening to music, watching movie or gaming since you can't hear it much. But 2 - 3 is a must, for me anyway, if web browsing, photo editing, etc. But quiet PC are really awesome once you start to build one. :D
I heard Abit went down the hill lately :(. Wish I knew this before I purchase their Motherboard. I would like to know what their RMA is like as well. My Abit IP35 Pro is still going strong, hopefully it will last me a long time.
I would go for the Corsair HX620. I can't even hear it when it run, it's also modular which cut down on cable clutter a lot. I know it cost more then $120, but it well worth an investment since it will last you longer then a cheap PSU.
Look like a great case and have great potential, but I would expect it to be suggested price at $299.99 or more since it's all aluminum now. I still think it's a little too big though.
I guess 4 - 5 is reasonable, since today Computer Hardware are getting bigger and run hotter. Don't mind the noise as long as they are not something annoying like squeak or a fan make clicking sound. I can't even stand a Computer if it's really quiet if they still make an high up and down...
The Cosmo 1000 Hard Drive mount very tight. It's more of a vibration hum sound rather then the whole case vibrate, because that's impossible since the whole case weight a ton and made out of metal. I own a lot of case and the Lian Li PC-A70 Series is also a great Full Tower case. It run quiet...
