I'm wanting a cheap tablet that I can use to take notes while walking. My recent experience with an iPad Mini was that it was "good enough" for accuracy, but the processor lagged if I spoke too much, too quickly.
Has anyone experience with other models in that ~$250 price range? And how do...
I own the original PC version of SFIV and I was very disappointed with the online aspect of the game. There were very few players online and I rarely encountered players with decent pings (mostly international, non-US players, go figure). Has the situation improved with SSIV? As a person...
I'm getting sick of my cheap plastic guitars messing up as if they were cheap plastic guitars. My PS2 Guitar Hero guitars have had issues with the whammy bars and buttons that stick, and now my Rock Band guitar for 360 has a blue button that is starting to stick after just 16 hours.
I know...
I'm thinking of cancelling my Antec Nine Hundred order because I'd really prefer a white setup. I'm looking to spend around $100 or less. Are there any white cases that have good looks and cooling performance?
It doesn't seem to matter what monitor I use, I cannot get 85Hz with 1400x1050 resolution on my X1900XTX.
I even tried ReForce, though perhaps I am doing something wrong. I entered in 85Hz, applied, it says it will take effect on my next restart and it doesn't.
Is this a limitation of...
I've been using the F4E BIOS for a long time now. Like, over 5 or 6 months, with no problems. Stable overclock [email protected]. Yesterday, I restart my computer and it hangs at the "memory testing" line of POST. After restarting a few times, I walked away and used another computer to Google...

What this shows us is a comparison between our standard ~1000:1 contrast ratio LCD's and...
I get audio through my headphones when using the 5.1 sound option, but not with the headphone setting. I have the headphones plugged into the green jack, as they should be. I'm not sure what the problem is.
For those that do not know, these are dynamically adjusting backlight technologies on newer NEC and LG LCD's. Samsung seems to have developed a similar technology as well.
These technologies work by turning down the backlight of your LCD during dark scenes in order to drastically improve...
I have a 7GB .RAR file on my E: partition and I don't have enough space on my C: partition's clipboard to extract the file to the E: drive.
EDIT: Nevermind, found the temp files option in WinRAR
I'll need to run either 1900x1200 or 2560x1600 resolution. Which notebook GPU's allow these resolutions?
Its just for Photoshop work, I don't expect to be running any games at this res.
After owning 3 LCD's, I am no longer interested in LCD technology. I am a gamer and a graphics designer and I am very picky about my display quality.
Problems are, I don't know what the good model CRT's to buy are. I've done all my research on LCD's.
I have a 19" Samsung 997DF shadow...
E6300 @ 3.115 idling at ~45C with case door off. I get 54C just from closing the case. One 80mm in the front, two in the rear. It seems one of the rear fans is malfunctioning, but that doesn't account for the high temps. My case, (XKroma) apparently has horrible airflow.
I pointed a...
When I am using Q-Flash to update my BIOS, I get a message that says Checksum = 5e69, Are you sure you want to update your BIOS?
Is this normal? Should I continue?
I just bought the BFG 7900GT OC from Best Buy for $212 out the door, with the 30% off coupon.
I am wondering how high I can safely overclock this card with the stock cooler in place. I don't want to purchase a more expensive cooler.
