I like OpenRBG too. Version 0.9.
Works fine for the Led Strips connected to my Mobo : Asus Z690 Prime-A.
Works with the Front Led on my Gigabyte 4090 but not the the fans.
I'm unable to control LEDs on my Corsair Vengeance DDR5 no matter what I try. Gave Up. Enough lights anyway.
From what I read each 2x6 Pci cable directly coming from the PSU is good for 150 watts so the minimum would be 3 x 2x6 for 450 watts. This is what i did since November without issue. I did not increase power over 450 with MSI afterburner or a bios swap.
You might want to check out Argus Monitor. i use it to control all my case fans according to CPU AND GPU temps. It Has fan control for some AIO too.

TrottleStop may help you undervolt (and lower temps) without loosing any performance. It really helped my 7700HQ. And of course I repasted my Lenovo Y720 with liquid metal years ago without issue.

In my case (Laptop with optimus GTX 1060), when I load MSI afterburner (might be same issue with other software like GPU-Z), the discrete GPU show signs of activity. Shutting down MSI Afterburber resolve the issue. Note that MSI Afterburner does not officially (and never will ) support laptop...
Bought on pre order many weeks ago. Played 1 hour. Not a real tactical shooter for me. Teammates wander around not knowing what to do ... No fun. Refund accepted!
Been using FreeNAS for years. Few issues really. Forum useful to help fix them. No show stopper. ZFS is a big plus with the right hardware. I also run jails with urbackup, minidlna, plex and qbittorent. Love it.
If your issue has to to with SMB, forum member / staff Anodos is of great value.
Undervolting will allow for lower voltage (sure you figured this out!) for the same clock thus reducing heat and lower fan. Like Steve Jobs would have said : it's magic!
