Celeron? why would you put a Celeron on this board?

I want to play games spanning across all 3 screens but when i do span (surround in Nvidia), everything get spanned as well, task bars and maximized windows. I don't want those to span, only thing I want span are games. Are there any programs or any settings that can make this happen?

I don't see graphics card needing to push 16gb/s for a while, since most people use 1 HD monitor with 1080p right now and it's just fine. most of the push from using pcie3.0 is from enterprise and storage side, where drive controllers are connected to HDDs using pcie3.0.
