Windows 7 - Spanning without spanning everything?

I want to play games spanning across all 3 screens but when i do span (surround in Nvidia), everything get spanned as well, task bars and maximized windows. I don't want those to span, only thing I want span are games.

Are there any programs or any settings that can make this happen?
