Initial results with no configuration are impressive (to me). I still need to figure out the fan situation but I'll get to it.
Yeah lol - .05 away from 0 Kelvin. Thanks for tip on the fans. One of them is the pump though and the other is the fans. I do have all my other case fans setup with static speeds (3 in front and 1 in rear). That reminds me I need to post a picture sometime so you call can tell me what I'm...
Between the two tools I got something. This was right after a stress-ng --cpu 16 --timeout 20.
As far as the fans on the cooler are concerned - I may be able to adjust the speeds in the BIOS. I did some tooling around and need to figure out how the bios sees what/where. I'll work on that next.
I simply cannot figure out how to pull the CPU temperatures for this OS (OpenSuse Tumbleweed), mobo, and CPU combo. I have a 5800X, Asus Prime X470-Pro, and a Corsair Cooler on it. Under Windows I used the Corsair Link software to set the fan speed based on temp. On Linux I cannot find...
The PC master race garbage needs to die. I game on a 1080ti, Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo stuff, etc - who cares which? Play the games where you want to play them. Anything that pushes hardware capability / affordability / easy of use is a plus in my opinion.
3.842MHz huh? Well it could almost compete with the 8088. :)
Thanks for the review.

I assure you this is the last post I ever make in this part of the forum: You still don't get to decide that I have to mention cost when it wasn't important to me. You're free to make your own posts, have your own agenda, but you still don't get to decide what should be on my agenda.
Oh and...
