I'd have to agree with this, I've got one and was expecting it to be silent based on comments in forums. It's not silent on any fan setting above stock, its not a bad sound, but its not silent. It's pretty loud at 100%.

I just installed over the cat6.3's said yes to overwriting files. Windows warns you about them being not approved. restart windows set aa in ccc and hdr in oblivion options. Make sure you dont have cat ai disabled. Good luck Edit for restart

I think you need to download the wdm drivers from ati, i dont think the omega package includes them. (I thought it said that on the omega download page? mind you i dont use them much so I could be wrong)

Wow I didnt realise I'd married my CPU. Seriously man, your wierd. You think its strange that a load of people that bought the fastest CPU's from the last generation are going to buy the fastest CPU's of the next generation?

AFAIK the ATI overclock tool loosens the memory timings, so you may get higher memory overclocks with it but ATI tool will give you better real world results (benchmarks and FPS) for a lower mem overclock.
