I am currently playing Age Of Conan on my Gateway 6860FX (CPU upgraded to T9300)..video settings set to HIGH, 2xAA and Shadows turned off...Getting smooth 40+ FPS. Each time I load up a game on the 6860FX I am amazed how nice of a gaming system it is.

My reasoning for picking that particular memory was to give me some working room for the future..and the price for that kit ($89) was not that much(about $10) more than the other 800mhz sets...at least from NewEgg.

My understanding is that the Abit boards require BIOS flash to use the 45nm processors? Since I do not have a current Intel processor to use...I cannot flash the bios.
