Aaight so I bought the game through an ad for $35.
I have played it for about a couple of hours so far, and I'm having a lot of fun.
I really can't complain about anything.
Bad reviews mentioned the game being lackluster after the second half, and I'm not there yet so I can't comment.
But...
I'm talking to some guy at the moment, trying to buy his copy of Dante's Inferno for $35...
Hope it works out!
Anyone has any opinion on Conan? I know the reviews weren't stellar, but the demo seemed fun enough...found it for $15 at EB games...thinking of buying it...
yeah I must say I was quite turned off by the demo.
My friend played it while I watched. He said he enjoyed it mainly using the argument that the controls are the same as DMC4.
For me tho, all I saw was a whole lot of Chaos and nonsense. I think there was just too much shit going on, and the...
I think the AVP demo should have been a SP demo.
I will most likely buy the game if the SP delivers...MP is just bonus for me.
Dante's Inferno is the same as GOW? well, then I'm glad cause I have a 360 and can't play GOW.
I finally have something to play on my 360 which is almost as good as...
From what I read, the game is disappointing because it had the potential of being somewhat as good as GOW, started out very well...and then became very lame during the last third part of the game.
I played the demo, loved the demo, considered buying the game upon release, only to read...
So I got Ninja Gaiden 2 yesterday, and I played it for about 30 mins, and had a lot of fun (feel very ninja-esque which is cool!).
I went to EB and checked out their used games section and found Conan for $15 and Crackdown for $25.
What do you guys think?
Oh and I was this close to...
ok thanks!
I was looking forward to this game, as I've been looking for a MMOFPS for a while now (damn you Huxley)...
I guess I have to wait some more then :(
so does that mean that I don't have to worry about it unless I need to change the view during those few moments where the camera is all messed up?
The reason why I am asking is because I tried the WET demo, and although I found the game fun, it became quite frustrating for me as soon as I had...
I got a question:
In some of the reviews I read, they talked about awkward controls.
Can someone comment on the controls?
I am very new to consoles (PC gamer at heart) but my gf owns a 360 so I'm starting to look into it.
I cannot for the life of me manage the right analog stick...
Is it...
Yeah I heard a lot of good things about crackdown, but am a bit scared of the shooter aspect (GTA clone).
I do enjoy sports games, and racing games too, but I really was looking for games that would have the same control scheme and theme and genre as Dante's Inferno (God of War clone I guess)...
Thank you all for your inputs.
I will be borrowing Bayonetta from a friend (already arranged).
I finished AA and DMC4 on PC.
Ninja Gaiden looks interesting.
I didn't really enjoy Marvel Alliance games.
Didn't really enjoy AC, but AC2 seems really good (gonna try to get it used).
I heard...
Hi all,
First time here (always in PC gaming section usually).
My girlfriend just got a Xbox 360, so I figured I'd give it a try.
I am very useless on FPS games as I can't seem to do the transition from KB+ mouse to dual analog...
Anyway, I tried the Dante's Inferno demo yesterday, and...
That is something I hate in "realistic" FPS.
When playing Quake or Unreal, having to shoot someone for a while before they go down is ok, but having to shoot 5+ bullets at someone in a "non-space" FPS is a no no for me.
That's like the whole HC vs Arcade in the MW franchise...
I hope...
MW2 MP
PES 2010
Just picked up Crysis Warhead (I should have bought it during steam sale, but I guess I'm not smart like that), and I must say I'm having a good time so far (didn't enjoy Crysis).
Waiting for AVP...didn't really enjoy ME, so not too excited about ME2 unlike many peeps here :(
I think what turned me off when I tried it back when it came out, was the fact that baddies need many bullets in order to die.
I remember shooting in bursts, after flanking an enemy, hitting him 5 times plus, and have him still shooting back at me...
That kinda turned me off, and I didn't...
I really really loved MW.
I was excited to hear MW2 was in the works.
I was a lot less excited when I heard no DS.
I bought the game still.
I found the SP to be kinda lame (nowhere near as good as MW SP).
I found the MP to be just aaight, since there are obviously some problems (IWnet...
I also thought Torchlight was good for what it is...a small budget game.
I bought Titan quest during the steam sale, and since it supports MP, it was the closest thing I found to the Diablo games (having a blast with my cousin, like good old times).
Hi all,
I never really liked games set in WWI or WWII era, and therefore never played any of the COD series, except for COD4.
Now, I was thinking of borrowing my friend's copy of COD: WaW to try out the SP when I heard that Jack Bauer (lol) was doing the voice acting. That kind of made me...
Ok so I found a 4890 1gig for about $210.00 CAD.
I also found a 4890 2gigs for about $295.00 CAD.
what do you guys think? is the extra 100 bucks (roughly with tax) worth the extra gig?
I also don't wanna make the mistake of getting a new video card, and have something breakthrough come...
well, for exemple, I can't have everything turned to max for MW2...
I had to leave an option to "automatic" or it was too choppy....
But I typically have everything turned to max for all other games (Arkham asylum, Dragon Age, Aion, etc...)
