And Nintendo did absolutely nothing to celebrate the anniversary. We set the bar low for you Nintendo, but holy shit. Even Game Freak and The Pokémon Company at least rereleased Fire Red and Leaf Green (GBA remakes of Red an Green/Blue USA) on the 30th anniversary of Pokémon for the Switch.

Rumored Ocarina of Time Remake is happening I couldn't find any videos everything is click bait. Its for the Switch 2 I never played the game actually only owned a N64 for about a few months.

Update: This might be fake news

It's worth noting that a remaster and a remake are not really the same thing. I would only consider Link's Awakening to be an actual remake, the others are remasters, as people have said.

Either way, I hope we get something this year.

A Zelda 1 remake that looks like the artwork from the Zelda 1 manual, but with the exploration and gameplay of BOTW/TOTK would be great. (Minus the weapon durability system.)

Eh, I'd still call it a remaster :p.
To me a remaster is using the original game engine/assets and using modern upscaling and enhanced models/textures. Remake is a completely new game but recreated to be similar to the original.

Star Fox is a full-on remake - I assume OOT is probably going to be as well.

Yeah, Star Fox is not a remaster in the slightest.

Absolutely none of the original assets were reused and the game was made from scratch, including the script and dialog. Which is where some studios try to reuse and still classify their game as a remake, like TLoU Part 1 did and I would call a remaster because of the reuse of those assets with zero additions or differences. They even fleshed out Star Fox more with the additional cut scenes and dialog between levels.

The game may be short and small in scope, but it has a decent amount of replay value and is a nice fit for a portable console as well with how short the levels are.
