EVGA b-stock has 670's,590's580 for $99

are these all pretty much just returns? also is there anywhere to see the limitations of the 1 year warranty they offer on these items does anyone know?

Man, I would jump on a motherboard but I would not be able to test it to see if works.

Yeah, the motherboard deals are great! I used a b-stock motherboard for 4 years without any issue. There is a 3930k on CL that I'm trying to get for 200. If I can swing that, I'm getting an X79 :)

Have had B stock cards in the past. Not one gave me any problems. The cards I received look near new.

I'm in the market for graphics cards. Is gtx 670/580 worth sli'ing anymore for the price range shown on their website?

GTX 670's are all gone, looks like i'll pass on the 580s.

Usually they are refurbs or cards turned in as step-up. They keep a certain stock on hand to fulfill their expected RMA quota then sell the rest. These are the excess, generally they can start unloading stuff after ~3 yrs due to the 3 yr limited warranty on most of their stuff.

Get an I/O shield with these? Or do they really mean NO accessories?

Damm you could do quad (2x 590s) for like 160 :)

And GTA V would still not be all that great since they are only 1.5GB of vram per GPU. I'm guessing other games it might get a boost for the 500W power draw you'll have from the cads. :D

thanks. I looked around, but could not see where they list just what it is that they classify as b stock. I'll assume the warranty will cover any defects or failures within the 1 year period.

Those GTX670 are quite capable cards...wish I had seen this deal earlier.
I'd have picked one up and SLI my current system.
Despite mine being almost 3 years old, I can still run rFactor2, Assetto Corsa and quite a few other racing sims at almost maximum settings....and very smooth at that.

Damn.. one of those cheap X79 boards paired with a Xeon would be a nice upgrade for my current NAS/Server PC.

I bit on one of the x79 dark boards, for <70 shipped, it will make a nice upgrade to my msi x79a-gd45 plus board, well at least I get 4 extra sata slots ;)

I have never received an i/o plate from rma. So if that is what these are (surplus rma stock) , they likely don't have one. I wouldn't count on it at least.

I bought a b-stock X79 Dark a few months back and it came with an I/O plate. They even sent me the plastic cosmetic item that covers that area when I contacted customer service. Used it to upgrade my friend's Alienware R4 that had a 3930K into a decent system.

I bought a bstock x58 micro board a loooong time ago and it came with an IO shield. still running in a friends pc too.

Some great prices for great parts. I never knew about this site.

Would have been nice to get a physx card

Hmm... I don't think dedicated gpu's as physx cards are worth it anymore. Unfortunately the amount of games that even benefit seem to be going down. Don't get me wrong, if you do play those games that do you can get some nice gains, but if the game doesn't support it it's useless.

The Darks came back for a moment but I think I may have gotten the last one. If you want one, select auto-notify cause thats how i got mine!

PS - Go Warriors!!!
