Pathetic

Unless you need slightly different RAM than is being offered on the other Newegg deal or desperately want an Antec Darkfleet case, this is pretty much the pits. The only potentially redeeming tidbits are offering a 25% reduction on toner rather than the usual 20% sales or ass I just noticed the 20% on some thermaltake Power supplies.

Dat Thrive......hmmmm HDMI out SD Slot.... Mm

Putting it in my cart right now... Will be refreshing like crazy prior to 12

But I was dying for a good deal on toaster ovens and toothbrushes from newegg! :D

Well they have $20 off the 1055 Thuban ($119) and a few things of Ram.

Also:

Ebel Women's 9157C11-0716 E Type Watch
From Newegg Marketplace!
$2,310.00
Your Price: $349.00

lol@ the hard drive sale prices

wow, I guess I can go to bed now.

Oh and the sniper ram is better for anyone air cooling with a frio or any of the other big coolers as it is much shorter

decent deal on the vsx-1121... it's 499 on 'zon... good receiver if you don't get a dud... reviews seemed to indicate a few DOAs..

H100 for $70 after $30 MIR.
N c i x has it for $75 with a $15MIR
Wish Amazon had those too but they are not showing on corsairrebates.com

Hmmm so that's the specials that the email tells me won't happen until midnight? whew.. thank god I can go to bed.

All I really wanted was a decent wireless router with gigabit plugs, and for a price that actually made it worth buying on this say, saving $10 or what not isn't exactly a deal.

Devils advocate here - since these don't go live until midnight (pt), these prices *may* not be what the sale prices will be and this is just the list of items which *will* be on sale when it goes into effect.

That said, yea neweggs sales pretty much have sucked for a long while now so, meh.

Up here in Canada one of the headline deals at NewEgg was $650 off the $1300 regular price for a refurbished 32 Gig iPad2 with 3G + Wifi. What a joke!

...and to think that last year Newegg had the GTX 470 for $170. This means that a full year later, the same amount of money will buy you less graphical power.

Except that the NAS box does not list the HDD brands nor does it list the length of the separate warranty for the drives. More importantly, two $100 1TB drives as a combo was considered exceptionally overpriced before The Great Floodening of Doomy Hard Drive Doom.

There are some bangin deals going on actually. Corsair H100 for 70 bucks? Sennheiser HD350s for 100? Are you fucking kidding me? Dammit now I gotta buy stuff.

Wish they would do a hot bundle deal on a 2011 CPU and Motherboard combo. I thought they were going to offer something with the ASUS Rampage IV Extreme because it has that iron egg black friday symbol on the product page now but it's not even in stock.

The Sennheiser PC350's for $110 is a pretty good deal, especially considering that a simple mod will turn them into essentially HD595's with an excellent mic.

While I didn't find anything particularly appealing there are some decent deals in there, particularly on memory, I know it's been cheap lately but not that cheap. Some highlights:

Samsung WEP490 BT headset for $1 after MIR

Toshiba Thrive 8GB for $200 - not the best Android tablet but for $200 it ain't bad either imo, bit chunky and avg battery life & screen but better than a Fire/Nook imo (it's a normally a $380 tablet AFAIK)

MEElectronics HT-21 and M9P for $15 and $10 respectively (about 1/2 what I paid for either, very good budget portable headphones and IEMs)

G.Skill Sniper 2x4GB DDR3 1600 for $30 (hot imo)

Corsair TX650 for $55 after MIR is pretty good I think

G.Skill Ripjaw Z 4x4GB DDR3 1600 for $65 (man, I paid close to that for 2x4GB in March)

Corsair Flash Voyager GT 32GB USB 3.0 for $30 after MIR

There's a 60GB Agility 3 for $65 after MIR but other than that I didn't see any good SSD deals, heck I think there was like only one other SSD in the whole e-blast (120GB Kingston SF drive for like $165? not a very deep discount); so at 'least I'm not regretting buying that 120GB Samsung 830 on Monday for $210 (w/Batman AC, tho that part was certainly a bust until it's patched!).

Tempted to pick up that flash drive or some memory but I really don't need either, got 8GB atm and until USB 3.0 is more ubiquitous the drive's sorta pointless. __________________

Supposed to be Hitachi 7K1000. They used to be between $45 and $60 prior to the Thai deal.
I think even without the whole Thai thingy, this is a good deal

Such bs.... Had it in cart, did secure checkout with PayPal and newegg timed out... Go back to cart and it is oos. Lmao... I think it was quicker than 3 mins coz it didn't take long to update. Argh.

haha, well at least I actually needed a toaster oven. Too bad newegg botched the coupon code...ended up being 35.99! here's hoping for a $10 credit...

Amazon has the thrive as a gold box deal for 7:45AM (10:45AM EST) for anyone who missed out on the newegg one, no idea on price though.

Been on the hunt for a new case and cpu cooler for a while so I bit on the white 500R from the earlier deal and the h100 for a total of $150 for both after rebates. I'm pleased with those two deals at least.

uh anyone know why when im on that big newegg black friday list and it has something for 19.99, then i click to add it to cart and its somehow 39.99? is there a bug or a promo code?
