I just saw the trailer and its time to put some cash aside for this. I'm going to wait til the first demo or beta to see how much it'll murder my system.

This looks awsome???? Looks like the same ol crap to me.
That would be pretty strange for a video called, "gameplay debut"...I'm thinking more along the lines that the cut scenes (like the guy pointing at the map) are in-engine type cut scenes, and the other scenes are game play, otherwise DICE/EA are outright lying.
This is hardly the first, or the last, time something is played off, or misinterpreted, as actual gameplay.
Gameplay can be used for numerous parts of the game. From actually playing it, to a cut scene that at best you can move the players head around.
I see no HUD. No mini map. No ammo count. Nothing at all to indicate anything more than a scripted event.
Using the in game engine? Sure. Still cut scenes.

This is 2011, so don't be so sure about these being rendered.
It's already been confirmed from multiple sources that it is in-game footage. It would be pretty stupid of them to lie when the full reveal is less than a week away.
How much a game cost is only relative to the value to me. There are some games I have played I would gladly pay a 100 bucks for.
Their greed will certainly get my $60. I certainly won't deny myself the enjoyment for several months to save $10. That's a freaking slice of cheasecake at The Cheasecake Factory

I rest my case. To many suckers :O

It appears that zh1nt0 has confirmed that the four maps in the Return to Karkand expansion pack are going to be: Wake Island, Strike at Karkand, Gulf of Oman, and Sharqi Peninsula.
