Your Top 3 PC games?

BF 2142
Day of Defeat: Source
R6 Vegas (multiplayer)

yes it is awesome if you can get it to run well.

and my temp games
bioshock
shadowgrounds

I must say Day o' Defeat: S is fun because you can jump right in and play without much of a learning curve, and only 2 sides to pick from.

Anyone remember Myth II? I loved blowing up those frickin zombies with dwarven sachel charges. LOL!

everquest (through pop)
quake 2
rfactor/nr2k3/lfs all pretty equal to me

Age of Empires 2: Age of Conquerors
Unreal Tournament
World of Warcraft

I can't believe 3 is on there....but it has to be

#1 StarCraft/BroodWars
#2 CS (all betas, before retail, and after retail, CS for LIFE! :D )
#3 Diablo 2

1 TA / Supreme Commander (it ain't a strategy if you can only have 8 units in a group)
2 Deus Ex
3 Half Life 2

1. Starsiege Tribes
2. Half-Life 1
3. So many others, but I'd probably pick Civilization.

1.) Half-Life + mods: redefined the genre when it was released and I played countless hours of cs
2.) Half-Life 2 + mods: see above
3.) Supreme Commander: too many could have easily gone here, but the epic scale and elimination of virtually all micromanagement is what puts this over for me. It's one of the few RTS games that I've really ever loved to play without resorting to mods.

If it was in terms of sheer gameplay hours logged, my top three would definitley be counter-strike, dota, and WoW which is kind of depressing in all honesty since I dislike all three of those games now.

Number One: Morrowind + Expansions - I spent so so so many hours playing this game. I *still* love playing it. Every few weeks, I load it up and waste hours..

Number Two: Deus Ex - need I explain?!

Number Three: WoW - Meh. What can I say? :)

Currently, not of all time:

1 - World of Warcraft - Never have I gotten more bang for my buck that with this game

2 - Life for speed - Jump online, run a 5 - 10 minute race against 10+ other people, win, make my day

3 - Worms World Party - Odd I know, but I since I started school I've been playing this on my laptop quite a bit and it is fun lol.

1. Warcraft 2 -- Still the only game I would win more than I would loose online.

2. Wolfenstine 3d -- First fps on Mac ages ago and played the hell out of it

3. Diablo 2 -- This game stole my life for 5 years before i put it down.

Mech Warrior 2
Duke Nukem 3D
Wing Commander the entire series.. Someone really needs to do something with that ip.. I guess it is too hard to properly down port that type of game to consoles and still make it decent and profitable..

most favorite??

humm hard question....

guess will have to say:

1) Doom

2) Oblivion

3) Ghost Recon the first one..

1. world of warcraft. yes, i know.
2. call of duty. no game has ever matched this one for sheer intensity.
3. aliens vs predator. i'm still terrified of face huggers

speaking of anybody seen the new AvP-r trailer? looks like they went and actually played the game(s) then based a movie on it. woot!

Daikatana
Deus Ex 2 - Invisible War
and Leisure Suit Larry 5

at this moment in time...

Far Cry
Bioshock (fun as HELL. )
and im not sure about my 3rd... i dont actually play that many games...

hmmm... so far the only thing i can think of is Star Trek Bridge Commander, Starfleet command Orion Pirates, or Starfleet Command 3... there arent many games i can play for a long time, those 3 on the other hand, ive been playing for years...

+1 for Bridge Commander. Don't know how that game got past my "sensors" but picked it up and loving every minute (well almost every minute).

1. Rome: Total War
2. Starcraft
3. Half-Life

Oblivion + Mods
Sim City 4/Rush Hour + >1gig of lots/bats to beef it up.
UT2004

Honarable Mention to Deus Ex and Diablo 2/LOD since it's been a couple years since I played them but I used to a lot.

Fallout 1/2
Tie Fighter/Freespace 2
Counter-Strike:Source

If top5 then add Call of Duty and Half-Life.

Baldur's Gate 2 (w/ the Throne of Bhaal expansion to make it even longer)

Half-Life 2

GTA: San Andreas. It's not necessarily just a PC game, but it was significantly better than the console versions.

I could throw in some honorable mentions for Quake, Duke 3D, Doom 2, and Unreal Tournament, but I still think I had more fun with the above games.

Top 3 favorites of all time;
1.) System Shock 2
2.) Deus Ex (invisible war was trash)
3.) Daggerfall

Top 3 most played;
1.) Diablo 2 - LoD
2.) World of Warcraft
3.) Warcraft 3
