    skyrim mods for weak/older GPUs?

    HiAlgoBoost *might* help. It reduces the pixel count on screen whenever you're actively moving/fighting, so you get better framerate when it's needed. Most reviews I see say that the best bang from using the mod is on systems with more current CPUs but outdated GPUs, so your mileage may vary.
