    Mobo was RMA once but with an other issue and return fixed but still with fan issue. Maybe I have to change some settings in the BIOS just have no idea wich one.

    Isn't that dangerous?Besides both cards work normally if placed in the primary slot(the blue one ) and don't work in the secondary(black one).
