    What power setting are you using in power & sleep settings. it looks like you are pulling about 600 watts with that system depending on what you have for storage.

    There are two power connectors on that board. 1 x 24-pin EATX Power connector(s) Right side of board 1 x 8-pin EATX 12V Power connectors top left corner of board. Make sure power is plugged into both.

    My score for Ryzen 2600X 16 GB 3200 mhz ram. I also noticed when I opened up task manager the process priority was set to below normal. I switched it to normal.

    I have DDR-3200 @ 16-18-18 cinebench score is around 1300. I set the ram to 14-16-16 and cinebench runs at 1340ish. so yeah timings make a difference.
