I would go with an nvidia quadro video card for what you want instead. The 3950X would do what you want just fine. unless you can wait for stock on the 5950X.

What power setting are you using in power & sleep settings. it looks like you are pulling about 600 watts with that system depending on what you have for storage.

My score for Ryzen 2600X 16 GB 3200 mhz ram. I also noticed when I opened up task manager the process priority was set to below normal. I switched it to normal.

I have DDR-3200 @ 16-18-18 cinebench score is around 1300. I set the ram to 14-16-16 and cinebench runs at 1340ish. so yeah timings make a difference.

I am with Tangoseal on the OS. If you just swapped the board and cpu without doing a fresh install of windows you are going to be gimped.
