worth it to water cool the chipset on evga 680i?

Personally I see no reason to cool the chipsets. I just completed my watercoolin setup on my 680i and my system runs nice and cold. I left the stock fan on the northbridge and it keeps the MCP at 30C which is excellent. Plus when ya start cooling your chipsets ya get too much tubing in my...

    Questions about mounting my pump.

Hey guys, Im at the final stages of my watercooling setup and am now trying to figure out how to place my pump inside my case. Is it a bad idea to place my pump ontop of my harddrive enclosure at the front of my case. I have a feeling that the vibrations the pump gives off could be enough to...

    First build, need feedback

Well Antimatter, why not run a 1.2terabyte system. Im only using about 60GB out of the setup but the reason i run this is that my system performs alot better. Since all the information is written to the outsides of the discs first and im running 4 drives this lowers your seek and read times down...

Sataii drive keeps bumped down to sata1 speed

Did you remember to pull out the little jumper on the HD that limits it to 1.5gb/s. Pull that out and you got yourself a full 3gb/s sata2 connection.

    SATA Drive not detected

After ya formatted did ya make sure in your bios that the sata connection is enabled and not disabled. That could be the issue.

    1/2" or 5/8" OD elbows?

5/8OD would give you a crazy seal plus your inner diameter would be almost the 1/2 like your tubing which would give you optimum waterflow. If your having problems getting your tubing around it, warm the 1/2 tubing up in hot water, it makes it more elastic and easier to squeeze around those...
