This simply can't be stressed enough. All this technical talk is diverting attention from the issue of consumers being screwed as they're caught in the middle of corporate politics.
Boggles my mind how you can use the set the way they're set up in the picture. The brakes are stiff as heck so every time I use them I push the pedals further and further away from me. As a result either my office chair creeps backward or my pedals creep forward.
