Objectively, on AMPs and 240v, ~ you would need amps that can do both types of power, and switch back and forth and the difference becomes apparent. try using a 4gb or les USB, fat 32, make sure the file is the correct name, and HOLD the two buttons down beyond the menu flash (another few seconds) up and it "should" commence the update -
