Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
it looks good to me too, but if you're going to have really nice parts in there, you might want to make sure you can fit a bigger fan in there, I'm not totally sure though because it can support 4 fans.
I have no idea where to find this case, or if it's even available to the public...but when I was at Kinkos there was this HUGE case there...and it wasn't too hard to look at either...it was probably 3 feet tall, I hope that's not a problem...I would just suggest going to Kinko's and looking for...
I have seen a picture of an optical mouse, where the person had changed the light from red to blue. I was wondering if anybody here knew how to do that, it was a pretty awesome looking mouse, and from what I can remember it was a very easy "operation". I don't remember where I had seen it...*sigh*
Thank you...I'll have to go get a dremel...just for the record, here's my case:
My Case
I'm not 100% sure about making a hinged door so if you have any other ideas for me please post them!
I would personally go with the Praetorian because there are more options to mod it, and it's not as open...it seems as if both cases are really good, which means it's time to go for looks, and neither are that spectacular but at least with the Praetorian you can mod to your liking much easier.
Just out of curiosity, when you're at a LAN party, what exactly are you paying attention to? Personally i pay attention to the computer screen, not the case. I wouldn't worry so much about making the colors stand out, just make something cool...like mount it on an R/C car and have it drive in...
I've never modded a computer or anything before, so I don't know what can and can't be done, but what I thought would be a cool idea would be to somehow mount hinges on the side panel of my case so I don't have to take the whole thing off every time I wanted to get into the case. Do you guys...
I haven't tried this, but I haven't seen it done either..It would involve making a window, but not just a regular square or but window, instead like a curvey window, or like a word...I don't know what you think of this. It would be helpful to all of us if you would tell us what you're in to...
That's a cool case...but personally I think it's quite ugly, I certainly wouldn't want a rust-colored case for a computer, it looks like it could break any second...but that's just me.
