Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I had issues with scaling and read that I won't notice a difference as far as FPS with the two 580s. I don't really want to wait.
As for why the card was out of warranty, I was prepping to ship it back due to artifacts, and I dropped it, cracking the connector on it where it sits in the...
Don't mind my outdated sig. My current rig "had" two 5970s that I was running in crossfire, pushing this out to three 24" monitors for eyefinity.
This isn't a thread asking which is more powerful (i already know). Unfortunately one of my ATI card's broke out of warranty, and I can't find...
Dragon Age Origins hasn't been mentioned yet, but there's a lot of mods out there for it, similar to the Elder Scrolls games.
Also, there's a mod for GTAIII that makes the graphics look like GTAIV.
I played this on my PC as one of the first games I could play with eyefinity. I had a good time with it, but I agree that a 5 hour game these days is not worth that amount of money.
Well, I overclocked my system for the first time on Saturday and was surprised at how easy it was along with how stable the system was. I watched a video on youtube of a tech from Asus using this board with an Intel chip to overclock and followed his lead.
Here's where I'm at right now...
While it doesn't want to make me die, these games really aren't RPGs. They are hack-n-slash action adventure titles. Might have just as much fun playing dynasty warriors.
Picking up a Wii and Xbox 360 today after work for a killer deal.
What are some good downloadable games I can get on both systems? I heard castle crashers is fun...
Also, do I need a SD card or something to store downloadable wii games?
I am looking for a silent 750 watt PSU to power my sig rig. I'm currently looking at the PCP&C silencer. Does anyone have any suggestions or comments? The 1kw PSU I am currently using is too much for what I need and generates quite a bit of heat.
Thanks.
Would this product from DLink work? It's a 4 port wireless bridge, so I'm assuming I could plug in the ps3, 360 and two other devices, correct?

I have the following products for my home network:
DIR-655 Xtreme N Gigabit Router
DWL-G820 Rev. B Adapter Hub
DGS-2208 8-port Desktop Switch
I am currently using the DWL-G820 to provide ethernet connectivity to my Sony Playstation 3. I am planning to add two more devices that require...
Is this the card that you are referring to? Just remove the HS and clean the fan to see if it helps. You can probably contact ATI about getting a replacement fan if you really want to.
Are you sure the fan isnt just increasing it's speed due to poor air circulation within the case? (ie card...
I am looking to piece together a HTPC over the next 4-5 months. I want it to be as small and as cheap as possible. Here are my factors:
Small size
Quiet operation
Low power consumption and heat emission
Sync on network with shared folders from several computers
Record tv to hard drive...
