Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Wintec is still pretty small time in the memory game but trying to grow. I guess if you don't mind test driving their product then go ahead, but RMA service isn't great. They compete against other distributors for market share and as they aren't a household name then they have one driving...
I mean you can tell that is technology they stole from the future by the space travel foil suits the women are wearing. Hopefully the time machine is built large enough to keep up with demand.
Yeah, I had a first time customer who is rather new to this industry who told me about this on Wednesday. I had a hard time convinving them that Asus was actually a top-tier manufacturer, and no, Asus does not intentially put Viruses on their site to eff with people. Thanks for that Asus. Now...
Did you send your thank you letter to NewEgg yet? Because you still should. Also a formal apology is in order for complaining about great customer service. I wish all online stores were this bad.
They don't make the product.
2% or products manufactured in this industry are of physical defect...
The truth of the matter is they made 50 cents or $1 on your order. They fact that they aren't making you go back to the manufacturer is kind. They have pallets of RMAs they process daily and everyone thinks they should have their product back in 9 minutes. Its unrealistic.
Try RMAing it to...
I guess I don't understand why you are waiting for Buffalo memory. Does the place you ordered from have memory they could ship more timely that is not Buffalo?
I mean you are planning on upgraging anyway, right? Then I see little risk in seeing just how high you can get that 3200 up to. They aren't great for overclocking but I've seen them hit 2.4 and stay stable. If it turns black then upgrade.
The 4000 will be faster today in single processor games that you already own and that are in the market, but thats a really short-sighted approach. Chances are the games being released soon and the ones currently under devolpment will be dual core optimized and run better on the 3800DC.
My gf, who I live with, wants to go out. She wants to go shopping. She wants to go to the club. She wants to go to her moms house. If she liked to play games then she would be home more often. I would get laid more often, She would get laid more often. It may just be a proximity issue.
There is no good reason for AMD to price drop this particular chip soon. They aren't coming out with any faster solutions on the 939 evar so they can continue to sell high on the fastest chips.
Yeah, parcel post is USPS code for we will try to get your package delivered this year. Spend the extra couple of dollars (or have him spend them) when shipping internationally.
