    CD duplication, simultaneous burning possible?

I burn 5 DVD simultaneously on my desktop running x64 xp. I'm not exactly sure how many drive Nero or Alcohol 120 support. I have heard good things from Wytron and Acard DVD controllers. Just remember to burn slow, verify, and use high quality media like Taiyo Yuden.

    CD duplication, simultaneous burning possible?

I do this on a weekly base. But I do duplication on DVD instead, so burning CD should be very stemless as its not as heavy as DVDs. You can use Nero or Alcohol 120%, they both support multiple burners, burning simultaneously. You can also build a duplication tower also, you just need a...

    Nikon D90 or Red scarlet?

Sony has discontinued producing the VX2100. If you're looking for something that is standard definition, than a used Panasonic DVX100B or Canon XL2 can be found around that price. The only flaw I see in the VX2100 as far as film making go is that it still uses native 4:3 chips and doesn't...

Linksys router causing a problem ?

It could just be the linksys firmware. I find that the linksys firmware (vxworks) to be fairly unstable, so I usually flash the router with a linux firmware called dd-wrt. So you might want to look into dd-wrt, it might be your solution.

    pansosonic HDC-501

I can't find an HDC-501, so im guessing your probably talking about the Panasonic HDC-SD1 (probably misread the SD for 50). Anyways, the SD1 uses the AVCHD format developed by Panasonic and Sony. I wouldn't say its a proprietary format. AVCHD is indeed hard to edit due to its compression. I'm...
