Asus P8H67-I mini ITX and ESXi?

I believe intel supports VT-d with their Q67 chipset, not the H67. I suggest checking the intel site to be sure. Some of the intel q67 boards are available, check google shopping. Also, I believe intel supports VT-d with the i5 non-K chips. Check their site to be certain.

low IDLE power, m-itx server? (i3?)

Damn. After spending the weekend reading up, I'm almost definitely waiting for SB. I don't spend a lot of (my own) money on computers, so I can splurge a little on hardware, once. PC-Q08 i3-2100T or i5-2390T The Intel DH67CF has been shown to have a low idle draw. I'd consider other boards...

low IDLE power, m-itx server? (i3?)

I was thinking about an Atom m-itx server in the PC-Q08, when I read that i3-5xx builds idle almost as low as Atoms. My system will be on-but-idle a lot of the time, so low idle power is important. But more oomph (say, for transcoding) when it's not idle is interesting too. So I'm looking for...

    Q08 & Atom fileserver – what PSU?

I want to build a fileserver with a Q08, a Gigabyte GA-D525TUD, 5 HD & 1 optical drive. I think this would run on 200W. But 200W ATX? There's not much choice there. The ideal PSU would be a quality brand have at least 4 sata connectors have a 120mm side fan be black be modular (ha!)...
