    Well i have tried all your suggestions and thank you guys alot. We still have ZERO beeps from the new motherboard. I tried it sitting on cardboard with just a stick of ram and the processor. Would you guys think its safe to say RMA?

    yeah the monitor works 100% and when i get home from work its coming out of the case but should i take the audio cables out of the sound card and put them on the mobo and do you think the dvd/cd drive issue is a problem with the mobo?

    Exactly, IMO you just have to bite the bullet and do it sometime, but in your case, i would wait a little just because your card doesn't BLOW yet. My old card was the 9600xt.... gg lol
