How do you know if you have a bad mobo or ram. When i built my new system it wouldnt post so i assumed bad mobo, but could it be bad ram?

I would test it with different RAM if you have it available just to eliminate that possibility.

i dont is the thing. The mobo is all packed up to RMA, but i want to be 1000% sure

Doesn't give us a lot of info:-
what are you trying to do?? run stock or overclock??
How have you tested??
What issues are you having.
How are your temps.
Try running with memory @1:1 with auoto settings initially - what happens??
