Yea sorry I didn't see the forum rules, fixed. thanks for the response, I was also wondering is a dual GPU setup (crossfire or SLI) at all bottlenecked by your screen resolution? like if I have a 1920x1080 monitor is that not going to take full advantage of both GPUs?

lately my keyboard and mouse occassionally freeze up, like for example with the keyboard sometimes ill type a word and it will do this "theeeeeeeeeeeeee" when i was just trying to type the word "the". with the mouse, it sometimes just freezes in place and the only way to get it moving again is...

if your going to buy the oc edition of the gts, you might as well buy the stock clocked gtx instead for a similar price. i dont see the point in buying a higher priced gts(especially since its so easy to overclock), when you just said you couldnt afford a gtx. it kinda defeats the purpose...
well how long are you willing to wait? because you have a couple options. you could buy a 7950 from evga, and within the 90-day limit on the step-up program you can trade in that card for a 8800gts. or you could just buy the 8800gts now if you dont wanna wait(im enjoying mine). or you could wait...
1.2 ghz overclock on stock cooling imo is pretty good since i can only get my 4200 450mhz up with a zalman cooler.
although i would like to see some benchmarks.

finally sumthing to look forward to from amd, and at an affordable price. anandtech tested a brisbane and got a sumwhat decent oc but nothing spectacular or close to what a c2d can do. im hoping that amd can get it right cuz i really dont wanna switch to a new system since i built...
