Update: I just installed 2GB of Crucial Ballistix Tracer PC2-8500 1066mhz memory that I ordered and ditched the Team Xtreme ram. I'm going to try to OC with this RAM/CPU combination and see how it works out.......

No No it's not crashing now....sorry I wasn't more specific. it crashes as explained above whenever I change anything beyond stock speeds / voltages / FSB speeds / settings etc. - Oblivion Crashes (to the desktop) - Windows won't load, BSODs. - Videos won't play - 3Dmark06 won't...
