Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Yeah, it is. As a matter of fact, I had ordered a used one from a regular Reddit user, and the damned thing got stolen in the mail; the sender didn't wrap it, having relied on the print-out sticker from the PO to bind it. Well, it didn't, and someone got in there and took it.

Question:
On the Wikipedia page that lists all of Intel's processors (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Intel_microprocessors#64-bit_processors:_Intel_64_%E2%80%93_Sandy_Bridge_/_Ivy_Bridge_microarchitecture), it lists the i7 7770 as a Skylake socket 1151 BUT as a 6700 series.

Great, thanks much.
Sheesh, I built this fool system myself some five years ago, I think it was. I don't remember much of anything anymore.
I'm not even sure if I paid for or stole the parts! This getting old stuff sucks!
Ah, cool. Other than the video driver, is a BIOS update probably in order as well? I'm thinking I might need to do that once I get the i7 in there, but I'm really not sure.
Thanks again.
Greetings all,
I have an NVidia GTX 650 sitting in my ASUS P8z77-V LE motherboard. I'm updating the CPU to an i7 from an i3, and I'd like to update the video card as well. I don't know, though, how to go about figuring out exactly what I can put on this motherboard.
Is there a reference or...
Holy cow, 100 posts elsewhere? Gads, I'll never get there. I just wanted to buy an LGA 1150 i7 3770, that's all!
So, what do I do to buy without having to somehow come up with 100 posts elsewhere?
Is there something I can do to work through this?
Thanks again.
Oh, and thanks for the welcome. I...
Hello all,
New member as of today. I did get an email confirming that I'm approved as a member and that I can pretty much do what members do on the forums; however, I can't find a way to post on the Trade forum - there's no New Post button.
What am I missing?
Thanks much,
