cool, thanks guys..i kinda figured the price/performance ratio wasbt worth it. besides i got a 6800, a64 3000 and the current drive running off a 200w sparkle matx psu...dont need to cause any problems.
thanks for the info, i actually ended up getting a 1gb kingston hyperx kit instead, it was only 20 dollars more and seemed a more reputable company. plus they got the kickass blue heatspreaders...blue=good
ok, so im in a position to get a couple of 120gb sata150 drives that i could run in raid. my question is, right now im using a 8mb 250gb drive, will they offer much performance over the 250 i have? or should i just save the money?

ok, so i ran into some money this week and was wondering if it really makes a difference to go from the 6800nu to a gt or ultra? i dont run any AA and run at 1024. so are those the main reasons to have those cards? i can return the nu and just pay the extra for one of those cards, but right now...

no dual channel. from what ive read, 64 mobo';s dont have dual channel, maybe i read wrong. anyway, yeah, i figured with the lesser video card and faster memory, it'd be a better idea as i dont really play games much.
Just so i have an idea will doom 3 be at least playable with this card at...
well, im pretty much limited to whats here in town. problem is, the video card and memory are coming form compusa, i have a 300 gift card for there, and 70 for the memory is the cheapest its getting. im hoping tho that the 9800 pro will be enough for the gmaing i do. which honestly is mostly...
