Shared accounts are a bad idea to begin with. If you are on a domain, why didn't you create the separate users and just give them same rights? Regardless in the Account tab of the user you click the "Log On To" button and then you setup which machines the account can login to.

Like DBWillis said try that. You can always ping by IP and Hostname. Hostname can be useful if you don't know the IP.
