Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
So I'm trying to work on this customers computer, and for some reason Internet Explorer will not connect to anything. I installed Firefox and everything connects fine. Everything that connects to the net is getting a signal loud and clear, with the exception of IE 7. Anyone heard of a problem...
It is feasable to change out motherboards with different chipsets (VIA vs Nforce in this situation) under an XP pro system without having to reinstall everything? If so what is the best method of going about this?
I am more than likely going to be using and X800 256 with an MSI Nforce 4 board, should I be looking towards any major problems, or loss of speed/power in my card from the conflicting manufacturers chipset?
