  • By the way, i think 48" has nothing to do with the stuttering. You can have the same stuttering on 40" or 32"
I have only one game with stuttering. The game names WOFF. But even with 32" 2K and 40" 4K, i couldnt get ride of the stuttering.
With BoS, BoM, DCS, CoD, RoF, i have no stutterings with Samsung 48" 6500

Right, the screen size has nothing to do with stuttering itself, but the bigger the screen the more annoying it is in my opinion. The stutter will be there on any screen unless your FPS can match the refresh rate of the display.
Ok, but how would you compare 6700 vs JS8500 ?
    I mean, contrast, colors, brightness.
    Thank you

Definitely a big improvement in picture quality on 8500 over the 6700.

I'm waiting for Pascal, but not sure if SLI would be a better choice
    Hello
Did you own the 6700 and now the JS8500 ?
I play also a lot of flight sims ( DCS as well )
How do you like the JS8500 compared to 6700 ?
I want to replace my Samsung 6500 ( 48 inches ) with Samsung JS9000 48 inches, and i hope it has better colors, contrast, black, etc
JS8500 is pretty similar with JS9000
    Thank you

Yeah I returned the 6700 for poor motion handling. It was too blurry for me in games. I wanted to get the 9000 but found a good deal on the 8500, which I'm typing this message on right now. My problem with gaming on the 8500 is the stuttering below 60 fps. On a 48" screen its very noticeable and drives me crazy.

DCS is smooth as silk at 60 fps and looks FANTASIC, but as you may know, DCS doesn't support SLI currently so its hard to maintain a solid 60 fps with a single 980 ti. So you're options are to wait for SLI support in DCS World 2, which is on the roadmap, or go with a G-Sync display. G-Sync solves the stuttering issue below 60 fps.

I'm leaning towards keeping my Acer XB321HK right now over the JS8500. Have 2 weeks to decide.. :)
