Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
The old setup:
ATi 9800 hooked up to SVideo to a multi-input video/audio switchbox. That ran RCA to the VCR that then ran to the TV. Did it this way because NOTHING in this house supports SVideo except the video card and this little switchbox.
Enter... new computer with an eVGA 8800GT...
Was playing WoW. Noticed some nasty video corruption...
Thought... HRm... that ain't right.
Replace my ATI 9600Pro with a 9800. Still getting video corruption. But now it's worse...
Memtest86 came out fine. I have _JUST_ rebuilt the system, too.
The video demos from ATi run great...
Closed loop with a couple of DTek TC4's on the cpus and a DTek chipset block on the northbridge. Hydor L30 pump and a big friggen heatercore (6x12x2) to dump the heat.
Looking for a single-slot GPU cooler for an ATi 9600 series video card. My fan's shot and I might as well just add the video card into the cooling loop.
Suggestions for a copper block?
